So Zoe had a Poopy Diaper From Hell (thank you Blue’s Clues yogurt!) and so I let her run around “nay-keed,” but wearing a diaper, for a while before her bath (there are photos).
She climbed up in my lap, gave me a hug and said, “I’m so happy!”

American Idol Mac & Cheese
Just as easy as Kraft dinner but with nutritional content! This dish sustained me through my first pregnancy and was a Tuesday night ritual, along with “American Idol,” hence the name.
-3/4 c skim milk
-6 oz American cheese* (about 9 slices Kraft Deluxe)
-1 tbsp flour
-Fresh ground pepper
