After reading a piece online about Britney Spears registering for a $1200 chandelier for her baby’s room, I decided to drop in on Petit Tresor to see what kind of lighting they sell for $1200. Answer: a lot.
H’s room has an airplane theme and the kitschy-cute airplane chandelier caught my eye. Briefly. Seems that’s the one Britney is registered for. She’s also registered for a lot of stuff that’s got cabbage roses and butterflies and pinkness. So is it a boy or a girl? I’d heard it was a boy but pink elephants and rugs and blankets and crib sets? That screams girl. So either it’s a fake registry (would PT really stoop so low?) or she registered for a bizarre collection of stuff. She was probably thrown by the fact that PT has nice pretty things. I think she would have been more comfortable, given her apparent taste, registering at Wal-Mart for Tweety Bird wallies and Precious Moments bedding.
I am pleased to see a Britax car seat on the registry in any case

the tweety wallies & precious moments will make me giggle all week!! thats one of those things I think, but try not to actually say outloud…
