So I had some coffee yesterday, no more than I usually have, the equivalent of a venti latte (my drink was probably 1/3 milk anyway). Then I was dancing w/ Zoe to the Boohbahs and my legs were tired so between that and the caffeine, I was tense. Yeah, I hear your helpful suggestions.
