Here’s the news story. Basically a freshman girl took a flail to school and swung it at another student and at a teacher. She must have left her mace in her bag of holding. You have to go about halfway into the short news story to find out it was a flail. A light flail, so I’m wondering if it might not be a 2D6.
How does one get a flail? Easy. Museum Replicas is a good source. We have some swords and other functional weaponry from there. Rasputin Acres is a gun-free zone but not a weapon-free zone. Hawk keeps a baseball bat (wood, thanks) under his side of the bed and I pity the fool who would force him to drag it out.
Anyway, I thought that was interesting.
