Blake and the beatbox

The only time I’ve ever truly enjoyed a Bon Jovi song. Discuss.

I don’t care whether Creepy Phil or Chris goes home b/c I’m sick of the both of them. I liked Blake (see above) & LaKisha the best last night.

Then at nine as I assembled Zoe’s new dresser, I listened to “The Real Deal” on TLC, which is a godsend. It’s the Trademark team from the original “Flip This House” on a new and better-produced show. Here’s why they’re not on A&E anymore. I loved the show, which aired on Mondays after “Rollergirls,” which is how I got into it. If only TLC had picked up a version of “Rollergirls” as well…

Anyway, I really missed the Trademark team and after watching about an episode and a half of the new FTH, I knew that what I’d liked about the show was completely gone. Yay TLC, my new must-watch network. Now I’m into “Miami Ink” and “Little People, Big World.” I’m even back into “Trading Spaces” a bit. I like that half hour version they do. I still prefer the original Trinny & Susannah* “WNTW” but I’ll tune into WNTW now and again.

* They have a blog. Couldn’t you just squee?

  • Oh, I have not watched Trinny & Susannah in ages. Such fun bitches!

  • Little People, Big World - I love that show. Got hooked on it about 2 years ago. Now even their “baby” is taller than Mom and Dad. It is interesting and fun to watch this family. We watch on Saturday night at 8:00 - because, as everyone knows, we must watch Dancing With the Stars and/or Deal or No Deal on Monday night! :)

  • Blake. Was. Awesome. I started watching again after Sanjaya finally got booted, and now I’m glad I did. Last night was my second favorite results ever (see above re: the farce that was Mr. Malakar) because I hated, hated, hated Chris & Phil. I may never see Chris’s smirky fuckface again. Yes!!!

Oh, I miss TLC most of all the channels. Basic cable sucks. Idol, House, Heroes, & Bones are the only time TV is on.
